For decades, I have dedicated my life to serving others through healthcare, community involvement, and family. As a physician, I have spent my career advocating for people, solving problems, and improving the lives of those around me. Now, I am bringing that same commitment and fresh perspective to public service.
My campaign is focused on preserving our values, protecting our local economies, and enhancing the quality of life for all residents. I believe our communities deserve strong representation that listens to local voices and stands up against government overreach.
My wife, Marie Kenny, and I have been married for 33 wonderful years, and together we raised our three children in Waterford — a community we are proud to call home. It has been an incredible place to raise a family, and after retiring in August, I realized I wanted to continue serving the community that has given so much to us.
As a longtime resident of our area, I understand the unique challenges facing families, seniors, and small towns like Waterford and Montville. I am committed to fighting for affordability, improving access to medical care, supporting public safety, and ensuring our communities remain safe, strong, and prosperous for future generations.
